CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. YOU ARE AGREEING TO MY TERMS AND POLICIES WHEN BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT. PAYMENT METHODS: I accept card, Apple Pay, cash and Zelle. DEPOSITS ✿ A NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required at the time of booking. This will go towards the total of your service. ✿ You must reschedule no later than 24 hours in advance to transfer the deposit. If you decide to reschedule less than 24 hours, this will result in a deposit loss and you will need a new deposit to rebook. LATE POLICY ✿ Due to back to back appointments, I have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes *with no communication* the appointment will need to be cancelled with a no show cancellation fee of 100% of the services that were booked. ✿ If you are unable to make the grace period, I will have to charge 50% of the services booked & you will need to reschedule. This will be noted in the client file for future reference. ✿ Please contact me if you are going to be a few minutes late. It is very much appreciated! CANCELLATION POLICY ✿ If you need to cancel for any reason, please cancel 24 hours in advance! This way it will be easier for me to reschedule you as well as give someone else an opportunity to book a service. ✿ If you cancel in less than 24 hours, this will result in a deposit loss and you will need a new deposit to rebook. You will be charged 50% of the services booked. ✿ No call, no show - You will be charged 100% of services booked and this may result in being blocked from booking future services. ✿ Card on file will not be charged for any reason unless the policy is violated. Feel free to message me for any questions! BOOKING INFORMATION ✿ I understand that my booking website may be a little confusing! Please DM or message me for any questions! Incorrect booking can set back appointments due to time or may result in your own appointment loss. ✿ If you need a removal, it MUST be booked. If you arrive to your appointment and need a removal, but did not book the service, it may result in appointment loss due to timing. ✿ If I do have time to squeeze in the removal during your service, you will be charged for the full price of a soak off removal (no new set) as well as the services you booked. ✿ PLEASE reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well. Please DM me or message me and I will happily rebook your appointment. ✿ Repairs such as nail breaks, lifting or polish chips ONLY are complimentary within 3 days of your service. All services are final. There will be NO refunds. ✿ NO smoking in the studio. ✿ I will not remove foreign nail enhancements. This includes acrylic, dip, builder gel or gel extensions from previous services that were not performed by me. ✿ Damaged nails will require a consultation prior to performing a service. This add on MUST be booked if you believe that your nails are too damaged for the service you want to book. You will not be charged for services that cannot be performed. ✿ If you would like to book an appointment before or after business hours, if approved, I require an additional $40.00 fee. Please let me know in advance if this is something you’d like to book! GUESTS ✿ NO extra guests or children allowed unless being serviced or previously approved by me. ✿ NO pets allowed (unless they are a service animal). PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
